How can people be so two faced? I do not understand how people can do it. It is vile and nasty! The world would be a nicer place if we did not have these people. If you do not like someone then tell them. Do not just sit and wait till they leave and then bitch about them! It is so frustrating to hear so many people do this!

 Obviously these people do not have the confidence to say it to the other persons face. These people need to get over it. They should pluck up the confidence. If they have something to say then they have to say it.
